Frequently Asked Questions

  • In the event a cancellation is made prior to the 10-day period of rental date, there will be no charge. Any cancellations made within the 10-day period of rental date, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee. Inclement weather is the only variable that will necessitate a credit for up to 1 year. The time-period for weather cancellations will be judged on a case-by-case basis, but no later than 8AM the date of the rental to receive a credit. NO REFUND will be issued after the equipment has been delivered, even if the equipment is not used. If the equipment malfunctions or is inoperable, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify Cloud 9 Ultimate Rentals immediately. If Cloud 9 Ultimate Rentals is not notified and given a chance to correct the problem, NO REFUND will be issued. If Cloud 9 Ultimate Rentals arrives at a scheduled rental location and cancellation takes place the customer will be charged $100 cancellation, labor at $25 per person, and mileage from our office to said rental location.

  • Cloud 9 Ultimate Rentals cannot guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule with a credit up to 1 year for your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have reason to believe that the equipment and/or its users may be in danger. Some examples of severe weather conditions are high winds, rain, snow, thunder, and/or lightning. In the event of severe weather during a rental, the customer agrees that he/she/they will remove all parties & belonging from the equipment and not use the equipment until severe weather ends.

  • Ensure that you know the location where rental equipment will be placed and confirm that there is enough room to walk around and carry equipment without any obstruction or risk to damaging any personal property.

  • Our team of delivery experts play a huge part in ensuring that you have a great rental experience with us at Cloud 9 Ultimate Rentals. Tipping our staff is appreciated as most of our team is composed of dads working to earn extra money for their families. Please know that tipping is not required nor expected.

  • Yes! We offer delivery and may offer pick ups & drop offs.  Upon delivery, we will ask you to show us the drop off location. Before our staff leaves, inspect all party rental equipment for cleanliness and safety. After your reservations time has ended, we will return to pick-up all party rental equipment. This service is provided with every rental. Our staff is required to deliver and pick all equipment. This is for the safety of the participants and to ensure quality and functional equipment.

  • Of course not! We will always arrive with enough time for our clients to be able to set up the equipment before the scheduled start time. We will also not show up to pick up the equipment until your guaranteed pick up time or after.

  • Yes, we need an adult present at delivery and pick-up for many reasons.

  • You MUST adhere to the Rental Agreement. A responsible adult must be present while the equipment is in use. This adult must know the safety tips and enforce them. No equipment will be delivered unless the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability Form is signed.

  • If you urgently need to get a hold of us after hours, the best way to do so is to call or text your concerns to our company number located on our home page, contact us page, or your rental contract. Please include the nature of your emergency so we can start working on rectifying your situation immediately.
